雙人團體「Under Lover」（地下情人）團員之一的胡睿兒22日爆出持有大麻被捕，當晚以新台幣1萬元交保。他23日與團員一同亮相，身穿淺灰色襯衫，一出現在記者會上便先鞠躬道歉，當被現場媒體問到「女朋友林采緹知道（吸毒）嗎？」他先是沉默了幾秒，之後用顫抖的語氣表示，「身邊的朋友們並不知情」。

胡睿兒22日因為吸食大麻被捕時，現場被發現女友林采緹也在場，因此女方也連帶被外界懷疑是否也有吸毒，23日記者會上媒體詢問，「女朋友林采緹是否知情」，他先沉默一會兒，隨即表示「他們都只是我的朋友」，而身邊所有「朋友」都不知情，因為自己的關係讓周遭的朋友受牽連，「真的很抱歉」。

另外，胡睿兒也特別向團員楊琳道歉，身為7年的好夥伴卻沒有坦承並公開自己的每一個面貌，非常過意不去，並2度向對方鞠躬致歉，而對於緋聞女友林采緹，他則再度向對方表達歉意，表示對方只是一起聊音樂的朋友，卻無端被捲入風波，對此她致上最高的歉意。
